What is the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) ?

The International Breathwork Foundation is a large active network of breathwork professionals, with groups of subscribers in over twenty countries throughout the world ranging from Russia to Venezuela. The IBF is open to all people interested in activities involving breathing and well-being, health and healing, and the use of conscious breathing in pursuit of spiritual growth, purification and simple joie de vivre. Every year it holds an international gathering, called the Global Inspiration Conference (GIC). Since the IBF’s conception in 1994, conferences have been hosted in Austria, France, Spain, Italy – and in more recent years host countries included Australia, Estonia, Russia, Canada and in 2007 Turkey. The conference language is English with translation provided in the host country language.

During the conference, the International Breathwork Foundation holds its Annual General Meeting. IBF business discussions and voting take place throughout the week. All registered participants at the conference are welcome to participate in the IBF Annual General Meeting where all decisions regarding the future direction of the IBF and its relationship to Breathwork are made.
